What doctor to see for neck pain?

Since last week, I've had a really stiff neck and it hurts a lot when I turn my head. I think I slept in a weird position. Which doctor should I go to for neck pain?

An orthopedic specialist or a physiotherapist can guide you well with neck pain. Stay positive and take care of your posture while sitting, as peace of mind and gentle care can help heal the body beautifully.

Actually, you should consult an orthopedist or a physiotherapist, yaar. Sitting in front of my laptop all day gave me terrible neck stiffness, and proper posture guidance from a doc was a lifesaver.

Orthopedic doctor ko dikhao na, neck pain posture ki wajah se ya muscle strain se ho sakta hai. Woh proper exercises ya pillow change karne ko bolenge, seedha theek ho jayega.

An orthopedic doctor is the best starting point. Once they rule out any disc issues, doing regular neck stretches and maintaining daily physical activity really helps keep the neck muscles flexible.

I had really bad neck pain from using a high pillow. I saw an orthopedic doctor who suggested changing my pillow and gave me some simple neck strengthening movements, which really worked wonders.
