What doctor to see for asthma?

My younger brother has been having a lot of breathing trouble lately, especially at night. Our family doctor mentioned it might be asthma. Could someone please tell me what kind of specialist we should consult for this?

You should consult a pulmonologist, who is a chest and lung specialist. My doctor explained that they do a spirometry test to check lung capacity and then prescribe the right inhalers, which are much safer and more effective than oral pills.

Bhai, you should see a lung specialist doctor, they call them pulmonologists. Take care of yourself, avoid cold things, and please go to a good town clinic to get tested soon.

A pulmonologist will help you manage your breathing issues beautifully. Keep a calm mind and practice deep, gentle breathing when you feel comfortable, but always take your doctor's advice and medicines regularly.

Please see a pulmonologist immediately and don't ignore it. I thought my wheezing was just a dust allergy and ignored it until I had a major asthma attack and had to be rushed to the emergency room. Get checked now.

A pulmonologist is the right doctor, but please make sure you go quickly if you feel tightness in your chest. I always worry so much about breathing issues, so it's best to let a specialist check you out so you can sleep peacefully.

I've had asthma since childhood and I always consult a pulmonologist. They are the absolute experts on inhalers and lung capacity, so skip the general GP and go directly to them.

Actually, you should book an appointment with a pulmonologist, yaar. Mumbai's dust and pollution made my coughing so bad, but my lung specialist sorted me out with the right inhaler routine.
