What doctor to see for arthritis in hands?

My fingers have been getting stiff and painful in the mornings, making it hard to even hold a cup of tea. Someone told me it could be arthritis in my hands. Which doctor is the best to consult for this problem?

You should consult a rheumatologist for arthritis in your hands. Along with their prescribed treatment, cutting down on sugar and processed flour can sometimes help reduce joint inflammation naturally.

A rheumatologist is the specialist to see. Keep a track of your blood pressure too, as chronic pain and stress can sometimes elevate it. Regular doctor visits and gentle hand mobility exercises are key.

My mom had this terrible stiffness in her fingers every morning and couldn't even hold her tea cup. We took her to a rheumatologist who gave her some mild medicines and finger exercises, and she is feeling much better now.

I think seeing a rheumatologist is the best starting point to understand why your hand joints are aching. They can run specific blood tests to rule out autoimmune issues, which is safer than guessing.

When my wife started getting swelling in her knuckles, we went to a rheumatologist at our local hospital. He diagnosed her after some blood work and started her on specific medications, which made a huge difference.

For hand joint pains, consulting a rheumatologist is very important. My mother-in-law suggested applying warm sesame oil, which gives temporary comfort, but we must trust the specialist's medicine to control the actual condition.

My dad had really bad finger joint pain and went to an orthopedic doctor first, who then referred him to a rheumatologist. If it's stiffness in the morning, a rheumatologist is definitely the guy to see.
