What do you take for sleep deprivation?

I've been working really long hours lately and barely getting any sleep. I feel constantly tired and can't focus properly. I know it's not good, so what can one take for sleep deprivation to feel a bit more normal?

My doctor clearly told me that taking sleeping pills without a prescription is highly dangerous and habit-forming. Instead, we worked on fixing my sleep hygiene, like avoiding screens and sleeping at a fixed time.

You can try having a warm cup of turmeric milk before bed, as it helps calm the body naturally. But if your sleep issues are severe and continuing for weeks, please consult a proper doctor instead of self-medicating.

I visited a specialist at a reputed hospital for my insomnia, and they did a proper evaluation. Please don't take any random over-the-counter sleep aids, just ask your doctor clearly for a safe solution.

I don't want to suggest any medicines, but for me, listening to calming music and keeping my phone in another room helped a lot with my sleep issues.

I completely understand how frustrating and scary it is to lie awake at night worrying about not sleeping. I found that talking to a therapist about my anxiety actually solved my sleep issues naturally.

A warm bath and some chamomile tea work wonders for me after a hectic day! Sleep issues can be annoying, but a relaxed routine really helps.

Between office pressure and late-night calls, my sleep was ruined. What worked was strictly cutting off tea/coffee after 4 PM and setting a hard stop for work emails by 9 PM.
