What do you mix with manuka honey for diabetes?

My neighbor was talking about Manuka honey being good for health, especially for sugar patients. My blood sugar levels have been a bit high lately, so I was wondering, what all can you mix with Manuka honey to make it more effective for diabetes?

I was reading some research papers on this, and honey still has a high glycemic index. Mixing it with cinnamon or warm water won't make it safe for diabetics. It is safer to look for non-sweet alternatives for wellness.

There is no magic mix that makes honey safe for diabetes. If you want something healthy, try mixing a spoonful of methi dana (fenugreek seeds) in warm water in the morning. Leave the honey alone as it will only increase your blood sugar.

Honestly, I used to desperately look for natural cures because managing diabetes is so emotionally exhausting. But honey, even Manuka honey, is high in sugar and can spike your glucose levels quickly. It is better to avoid it entirely and stick to what your doctor prescribes.

I am too sleep-deprived to think of fancy mixtures, but honestly, mixing honey with diabetes sounds like a recipe for a high sugar spike! Better to stick to black coffee without any sugar or honey to stay awake.

My dear, please do not mix honey with anything expecting it to cure or help diabetes. Manuka honey has great antibacterial properties for wounds, but consuming it will definitely raise your blood sugar. Stick to a low-carb diet and your regular medicines.
