What do strawberries do to your liver?

My doctor told me my liver enzymes are a bit high, and I'm trying to make healthier diet choices. I love strawberries and want to know if they are good for my liver or if they could have any negative effects. Do they cleanse or put a strain on it?

They are loaded with antioxidants like vitamin C and anthocyanins which help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the liver. Adding them to your diet is a solid way to support your body's natural detox process.

These berries contain high amounts of fiber and organic acids that help lower cholesterol and prevent fat accumulation in the liver. For best results, consume them fresh and whole rather than in sugary shakes or processed desserts.
