What do small cavities look like?

My dentist told me I have a small cavity, but I can't really see anything different in my mouth. I was wondering, what do small cavities typically look like on a tooth, are they always obvious?

They look like tiny, faint black spots or yellow-brown stains on the chewing surfaces of your teeth. Along with brushing, try to cut down on sticky sweets and refined flour, as they cling to your teeth and feed the decay.

Small cavities usually present as tiny black dots, dark fissures, or chalky white spots on the enamel. Since you cannot accurately diagnose them yourself, a professional dental checkup with an X-ray is the best way to catch them before they reach the nerve.

Listen, they just look like small black dots or thin dark lines in the grooves of your teeth. Don't wait for them to start hurting or turn into big holes. Go to a dentist and get a simple filling done now itself, otherwise pain badh jayega.

They actually just look like tiny black spots or dark stains on your teeth, yaar. Sometimes you won't even feel any pain, but it is better to get a dental cleaning done before it spreads and you end up needing a root canal.

They look like little brown or black specks on your back teeth. I tried salt water rinses and clove oil for months, but honestly, while those help with temporary hygiene, they cannot fix a cavity once it forms. Save yourself the trouble and see a dentist for a quick filling.

I totally get it, dental issues can make anyone feel so nervous. Small cavities often look like tiny black dots or faint brown stains in the deep grooves of your teeth. Don't worry, catching them early means a painless, simple filling will easily fix it.
