What do liver flukes look like in stool?

I've been feeling a bit unwell lately, and a friend joked about parasites. I know it's probably nothing, but I wanted to know what liver flukes might look like if they were passed in stool.

They usually look like tiny, flat, leaf-shaped brownish or reddish pieces, almost like a tomato skin or a wet seed. Don't waste your time trying to spot them with your eyes because they are often too small or just pass as eggs. Just go for a proper stool microscopy test at any lab, it is very cheap and accurate.

Actually, they look like small, flat brown leaves or wet sesame seeds, yaar. But honestly, it is super hard to distinguish them from normal food waste just by looking. It is much better to just ask a doc for a test rather than staring at the pot.

I absolutely panicked thinking I saw leaf-like parasites in my stool, but it turned out to be just undigested fiber from my salad. Most of the time it is just normal food residue, so take a deep breath. A quick lab test will easily clear up your doubts without any stress.

From what I have researched, they look like tiny flat leaf-like structures, usually reddish-brown or tan. I was just reading up on food hygiene and realized how easy it is to mistake regular undigested seeds for these parasites. It is quite fascinating but definitely a bit scary too.

They are described as flat, leaf-shaped worms, but reading about it made me so anxious that I started inspecting my stool every single day. If you are feeling bloated or worried, please don't suffer in silence like I did. Get a doctor's opinion so you can sleep peacefully.

They look like small, flat brown leaf-shapes, right? I am quite nervous to ask, but does anyone know if we can catch this just from eating normal street food? I want to make sure I am keeping my family safe.
