What diseases affect the liver?

My elder brother was recently diagnosed with some liver issue, and it got me thinking. What all kind of diseases can actually affect the liver? Is it just jaundice or are there other serious ones too?

The liver is such a vital organ, truly. Many conditions can affect it, like fatty liver disease, hepatitis (viral infections like B and C), and cirrhosis from chronic damage. Even certain medications can impact it. Practicing gentle yoga and pranayama helps calm the system, but medical guidance is key for liver health.

Haan ji, liver ki bahut beemariyan hoti hain. Fatty liver toh ab common ho gaya hai, na. Aur fir Hepatitis A, B, C bhi hote hain. Cirrhosis aur liver cancer bhi ho sakta hai. Alcohol aur junk food se bach ke rehna chahiye. Healthy khana khao bas.

My liver has definitely seen better days after all those wedding functions! 😂 But seriously, fatty liver is a common one these days. Then there's hepatitis, which sounds like a rock band but isn't fun at all. And cirrhosis, which is basically the liver giving up. Take care of it, it's a hard worker!

Namaste. So many things can affect our liver. My grandmother used to say that liver is the powerhouse. Fatty liver is common now, and also hepatitis. Cirrhosis can also happen. While family remedies might suggest some herbs, for proper diagnosis and treatment, always trust what the doctor says, don't delay.

Listen, liver is a very important organ. Fatty liver is common these days, both from drinking and just from bad eating. Then there's hepatitis, that's a serious infection. Cirrhosis bhi hota hai. Best to eat healthy, don't drink too much, and get regular checkups. Don't take it lightly.

Yaar, so many things can mess with your liver, actually. Like, fatty liver disease is super common now, then hepatitis A, B, C, all those viruses. Cirrhosis is also a big one. Even too much paracetamol can damage it, I heard. So be careful with meds and booze!

My doctor explained this to me quite clearly. The main ones are non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), alcoholic liver disease (ALD), and viral hepatitis (types A, B, C, D, E). Then there's also cirrhosis, which is a late stage of liver scarring, and liver cancer. Autoimmune liver diseases and genetic conditions like hemochromatosis also exist. It's a complex organ.

Aiyo, the liver takes a beating with all our delicious food and occasional party drinks! 😅 Fatty liver is a big one, especially with all the yummy fried stuff. Then there are those pesky hepatitis viruses. Cirrhosis also sounds quite serious. Maybe time to swap some biryani for some salad, just for the liver's sake!

Liver is a very strong organ but can get sick too. Fatty liver is very common now, then hepatitis viruses, and cirrhosis. Ayurvedic remedies sometimes suggest things like milk thistle or amla for liver health, but for any proper disease, you absolutely must see a good doctor and follow their treatment.

Liver health is critical. Common issues include fatty liver disease (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), various forms of hepatitis (A, B, C), and cirrhosis, which is scarring of the liver. Autoimmune conditions and even some cancers can also impact it. Regular check-ups, especially if you have risk factors, are non-negotiable.
