What disease makes you not feel pain?

I saw a documentary once about a rare condition where people don't feel any physical pain, no matter how severe. It sounded really fascinating and scary at the same time. What disease or condition is it that makes you not feel pain?

It's called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain, or CIP. It sounds like a superpower, but it's actually really dangerous because pain is our body's alarm system. I can't imagine living without that warning, it must be incredibly challenging and isolating sometimes.

There's a rare condition called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain (CIP). People with it literally cannot feel pain, which sounds odd but is very risky because they can injure themselves severely without knowing. It makes one appreciate how crucial our body's signals are for health and safety, along with a balanced diet.

Oh, you mean that condition where people can't feel pain at all? I think it's called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain, or CIP. It sounds kinda cool in movies, but irl it's super dangerous 'cause you wouldn't know if you broke a bone or got a burn. Crazy, right?

That would be Congenital Insensitivity to Pain (CIP). It's a genetic disorder where the person can't feel any physical pain. I recently read a case study about it, and it showed how vital pain is for survival. It's a condition I'm glad I don't have, especially after my recent recovery from an injury where pain really helped me know when to stop.

I've heard about something like that, where people don't feel pain. Is it called CIP? It sounds really strange, like it would be nice not to hurt, but also very scary at the same time. How do people manage their lives if they can't feel pain, especially when they are kids?

Hah, sometimes I wish I had that disease after a long day of work and household chores! It's called Congenital Insensitivity to Pain. Sounds like a blessing, but actually it's very risky. Pain tells you something is wrong, and without it, imagine the trouble!
