What dies the kidney do?

My father has some kidney issues, and the doctor explained a little about how they work, but I'm still a bit confused. Can someone simplify what exactly the kidneys do for our body? Just want to understand his condition better.

The kidneys are extremely important, don't take them lightly. They filter waste from your blood, maintain fluid balance, produce hormones, and control blood pressure. My complications started because my kidneys weren't working properly. If you suspect any issues, please see a doctor immediately.

Oh, kidneys! They basically clean up all the mess so we can enjoy our biryani and kebabs without getting sick from toxins. Think of them as tiny, super-efficient water filters for your body. No wonder docs say drink lots of water, helps the filters work better!

Kidneys filter your blood, man. They get rid of all the waste products and extra water, making urine. They also help control BP and make red blood cells. My uncle had issues and had to go for dialysis, which sounds intense. So yeah, they do a lot.

The kidneys are vital. For my child, whose kidneys had issues, I learned they mainly filter waste and excess water from the blood to make urine. They also balance salts and minerals and help control blood pressure. It's a huge job for such small organs. Caring for them is crucial for overall health.

I've tried so many things for minor kidney issues myself. They're like your body's main purification system, removing toxins and extra fluid. They also keep your blood pressure in check and ensure you have enough red blood cells. It's truly amazing how much they do. Remember to stay hydrated always.

The kidneys filter waste from your blood, regulate water and salt balance, and produce hormones. It's a complex job. Don't listen to any random internet remedies if you have kidney problems; always, always verify with a qualified doctor. Your kidneys are too important for guesswork.

Basically, your kidneys are the ultimate bouncers of your body's nightclub – they check everyone coming in and kick out all the unwanted guests (toxins and excess water). They also make sure the VIPs (essential salts and minerals) stay inside. So, when they're not working, it's like the party gets messy real fast! Keep 'em hydrated, folks!

Haan, kidneys are super important, yaar. They basically clean your blood, na? All the toxins and extra water, they filter it out and send it out as pee. Also, they help keep your blood pressure normal. So, drink water, take care, warna problem ho jaati hai.
