What dies skin cancer look like?

I spend a lot of time outdoors for my work, and recently I noticed a strange mole on my arm that looks a bit different. What does skin cancer typically look like? I'm a bit concerned and want to know what signs to watch out for before I see a doctor.

Honestly, it can look like many things, from a new mole that changes, to a sore that doesn't heal, or even a shiny bump. The key is any unusual growth or change in your skin. Please, if you see anything suspicious, just get it checked by a doctor right away to be safe. Better safe than sorry.

My friend's mom had a suspicious mole, and she said it was kinda irregular in shape and changed color. Like, it wasn't just a normal mole. So yeah, anything weird on your skin that doesn't look like a normal pimple or scar, just show it to a doc.

Sometimes it looks like a normal mole, but it might start changing shape, size, or colour. My grandmother always said to watch for anything that grows fast or bleeds easily. But these days, it's best to show it to a skin doctor. They know exactly what to look for.

Hey, don't stress too much, but it's good to be aware. Skin cancer can look like a new mole, or an existing one that changes in size, shape, color, or texture. Also, look out for sores that don't heal. Just remember the ABCDE rule for moles – Asymmetry, Border, Color, Diameter, Evolving. If you're ever worried, just get it checked, yaar.

It's good you're asking. Skin cancer can manifest in various ways, sometimes as a new growth that wasn't there before, or a mole that starts looking different – maybe it gets bigger, changes color, or its edges become irregular. Some can look like red, scaly patches too. The main thing is any persistent change or anything that just doesn't feel right on your skin. Don't delay seeing a dermatologist if you have any concerns, okay?
