What degree is considered a fever?

My husband has a slight temperature, but we're not sure if it's officially a fever yet. What degree is generally considered a fever? Just need a clear cut-off.

Hey! So for adults, usually anything above 100.4°F (38°C) is counted as a fever. I keep a digital thermometer at home to check easily. If it's just a little bit up, I usually just rest and drink warm water. If it goes higher, then medicine time!

It's so easy to get anxious about these things, I completely understand! Generally, for adults, 100.4°F (38°C) is the point where it's classified as a fever. But if you feel ill even with a slightly lower temperature, don't dismiss your feelings. Your body usually tells you when something is off.

It's generally 100.4°F (38°C) or above. But honestly, if you're feeling unwell, even if it's slightly below that, just get it checked by a doctor. It's always better to be safe, especially with all these new viruses going around. Don't delay.

Beti, ghar mein toh hum 99 se upar ko hi bukhar maante hain, thoda halka hi sahi. Par agar 100.4 F ya usse upar ho toh bukhar ki goli le lo aur garam paani piyo. Agar na utre toh doctor ko dikhana zaroori hai. Bhagwan sab theek kare.
