My son had kidney stones last year, it was so worrying. The doctor said not drinking enough water is a big cause. Also, too much salt and sugar, and certain foods high in oxalate. We had to change his diet a lot, very carefully.

Arre, kidney stones are quite common as we get older, don't worry too much. Mostly, it's because of dehydration, meaning not enough water. Sometimes too much calcium or uric acid in your diet. Just drink plenty of pani and avoid too much junk.

I had a terrible experience with kidney stones, they led to an infection. It's not just about what creates them, but also managing them properly. Please, if you suspect stones or have symptoms, go to a doctor immediately. Don't self-diagnose or self-treat. They can be very serious.

Don't fall for every internet remedy for kidney stones. There are different types of stones, and what causes one might not cause another. Only a doctor can tell you what kind you have and how to prevent them. Get proper medical advice, not just random tips.

Ho na, kidney stones kaafi takleef dete hain. Main reason toh kam paani peena hota hai, phir diet mein bhi kuch cheezein zyada hone se ho sakta hai, jaise sodium ya sugar. Apne doctor se consult karna best hai.

Just like managing high BP, preventing kidney stones is largely about lifestyle. Not enough water, too much salt or protein, sometimes genetics. Regular check-ups are key to catch any issues early. Don't wait until the pain starts.
