What creams work best for eczema?

I've tried a few things for my eczema, but nothing seems to really work. Could someone share what creams work best for eczema based on their experience?

Honestly, eczema creams can be so expensive, na? I've tried a few. Sometimes the generic pharmacy brands work just as well as the fancy ones, you just have to ask the pharmacist. Also, try to get a sample first if possible, to save money if it doesn't suit.

Namaste. For my daughter's eczema, we found that mild, natural moisturisers helped more than strong medicated creams. Along with that, some gentle pranayama helped her manage the stress that triggered it. It's about finding balance, inside and out.

Oh, eczema is such a nightmare! I've tried so many creams and nothing seems to fully work. Does anyone else feel like their skin just gets used to a cream after a while and then it stops being effective? It's really frustrating.

Please don't just pick a cream based on internet advice. Eczema is different for everyone. What works for one person might make yours worse. Get a proper diagnosis from a dermatologist first; they'll tell you exactly what kind of cream you need.

Humare gaon mein toh log coconut oil lagate hain, didi. Thoda araam milta hai. Lekin agar zyada hai toh doctor ko dikhao. Jo cream woh dete hain, woh achhi hoti hai. Bas, regular lagana padta hai.

Keep your spirits up, my friend. Eczema can be challenging, but it's important to be gentle with your skin and your mind. Find a cream that brings you comfort, and remember that with patience and proper care, things will improve. Stay positive.

Okay, so steroid creams are usually prescribed for flare-ups, but they're not for daily use. For maintenance, a good ceramide-rich moisturizer is key. Brands like Cetaphil or Episoft work well for many. Consult a derm to get the right strength steroid cream.
