What could cause right side abdominal pain?

My wife has been complaining about a constant ache on her right side, in the abdominal area. It's been there for a few days now and isn't going away. What could cause right side abdominal pain like that?

Right side abdominal pain can be very tricky because there are so many organs there. Mine turned out to be related to my gallbladder. Best thing is to not self-diagnose. Get an ultrasound or whatever tests your doctor suggests. Don't wait if the pain is severe or constant.

Don't mess around with right side abdominal pain. I once thought it was indigestion and it escalated quickly. It could be anything from appendicitis to gallstones, or even kidney issues. Please see a doctor immediately, early detection is very important for these kinds of pains.

For right side abdominal pain, a prompt doctor's visit is non-negotiable. Don't delay. It could be appendicitis, gallstones, or even kidney issues, which all need quick attention. Schedule an appointment ASAP, it's the most time-efficient way to get a diagnosis and treatment.

Abdominal pain is definitely not something to self-treat. Get a proper diagnosis first. If it's something muscular and the doctor gives an OK, then maybe some light movement could help. But first, rule out anything serious with a medical professional.

Oh, right side pain always makes me nervous! Is it very common? I always worry about appendicitis or some serious liver issue. Has anyone else experienced this and it turned out to be something minor? What did your doctor say?
