What could cause lower left back pain?

Since last week, I've been getting this dull pain in my lower left back, it's not constant but comes and goes. I haven't done any heavy lifting or anything. What could be causing lower left back pain like this?

Oh, back pain is just the worst, and lower left specifically? My mind would immediately jump to like, kidney issues or something serious. But it could also be just muscle strain, right? Best to get it checked out by a doctor to rule out anything serious. Don't stress too much yet!

Don't make my mistake and ignore it. I had a persistent pain there once, thought it was nothing, and it turned out to be a disc issue that got worse. Please, get it checked by a doctor. Early diagnosis can save you a lot of trouble later.

It's always good to be thorough with health concerns. Just like with thyroid, regular check-ups are key. Lower left back pain could be many things, from muscle strain to kidney issues. A doctor would probably recommend some tests to pinpoint the cause and suggest the right treatment.

I'm not sure, but I've heard sometimes it can be because of the kidney, or maybe even periods for women? Is it possible that just sitting wrong could cause it, or is it usually something more significant? It sounds worrying.

Hey, back pain is super common, so don't stress too much right away! It could be anything from a simple muscle pull from lifting something heavy, to sitting awkwardly. But if it's not going away or getting worse, def see a doc, okay? Just to be safe!
