What comes before heat stroke?

It's getting very hot here in Jaipur, and I work outside a lot. I'm trying to be careful to avoid heat stroke, but I'm not sure what the warning signs are. What are the symptoms one experiences before actual heat stroke hits?

Beta, garmi mein jab bahut paseena aata hai, thakaan lagti hai, chakkar aate hain, tab samajh lo ki garmi ka asar ho raha hai. Iske baad hi ghamori ya loo lag sakti hai. Zyada paani peena aur dhoop se bachna.

Before a full-blown heat stroke, you usually get heat exhaustion. That means heavy sweating, feeling weak or tired, dizziness, headache, and nausea. If you ignore those, that's when it can get really serious. So don't take it lightly.

Heat exhaustion typically precedes heat stroke. Symptoms include heavy sweating, weakness, dizziness, nausea, headache, and muscle cramps. If these aren't addressed by cooling down and rehydrating, it can quickly escalate to heat stroke, which is a medical emergency.

Before heat stroke, there are warning signs, beta. We call it heat exhaustion. You feel very weak, you sweat a lot, might get a headache or feel dizzy. In my time, we just called it 'garmi lagna'. Always drink plenty of water and rest in the shade if you feel unwell during summer. Don't ignore these signs.

Yaar, before heat stroke, actually it's heat exhaustion. Like, you feel super tired, dizzy, headache ho sakta hai, aur bahut paseena aata hai. If you don't take care of it then, it can become heat stroke, which is super dangerous. Stay hydrated!

Before heat stroke, one often experiences heat exhaustion. The body gives signals like excessive sweating, fatigue, and headache. It is important to listen to these signs. Stay hydrated, seek shade, and practice cooling breaths like Sheetali pranayama to help prevent it.
