What colour makes you sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, and my friend suggested changing my bedroom's color scheme. She said some colors can promote relaxation and sleep. What colour makes you sleep better?

Hey, usually cooler colors like blues, greens, and even muted purples are considered calming and can help with sleep. They create a serene environment. Avoid bright reds or yellows in your bedroom. Make sure your room is dark and quiet for the best sleep, too.

From a psychological perspective, cool colors such as blues, light greens, and muted grays are often associated with calmness and tranquility, which can promote sleep. My doctor once explained that these colors don't stimulate the brain as much as warmer, brighter hues. Ensuring a dark room is also key.

I've heard that blue is very calming, so maybe that helps? I struggle with sleep sometimes. Does anyone find that painting their room a certain color really makes a difference, or is it more about other things like light?

Haha, for me, it's the color of my bedsheet when I finally hit it after a super long day! Kidding! But seriously, blue and soft greens are often recommended for bedrooms because they're supposed to be calming. Maybe try a nice muted blue wall, not neon disco blue, okay?

Ho na, it's mostly blue and light green colours that feel very peaceful for sleeping. They say it calms the mind. My room is light blue and I feel it helps. Plus, no bright lights before bed, that's important also.
