What color is good for sleep?

I've been having trouble sleeping lately, my room feels too bright even with the lights off. I heard that certain colors can help with relaxation. What color is considered good for sleep, maybe for my bedroom walls or bedding?

Definitely cool and calming colors like blues and greens are best for sleep! 😴 They help create a peaceful environment. Maybe a soft grey too! Avoid bright reds and oranges in the bedroom. Sweet dreams! ✨

That's an interesting question! I've read that blues and greens are really good for promoting sleep because they're seen as calming. Also, soft greys or whites can work too, anything that isn't too stimulating. It's all about creating a relaxed atmosphere, I guess.

For sleep, cooler colors like blues, greens, and muted grays are generally recommended because they're calming. But honestly, it's more about your overall sleep hygiene than just wall color. Don't expect a paint job to cure insomnia, talk to a doctor if you have serious sleep issues, not just rely on internet tips.

Bete, for good sleep, soft colors are best. Like sky blue, or a light green. They make the room peaceful and calm, helps the mind relax. Red and bright colors make the mind active, so avoid those for sleeping.

I always overthink my bedroom environment for sleep! But most experts say cool, calming colors like shades of blue or soft greens are best. They supposedly reduce stress and help you relax. I'm trying to incorporate more of these. Maybe even a muted grey. Anything that doesn't make my mind race!
