What clotting factors does the liver make?

My father recently had some blood tests, and the doctor mentioned something about his liver not making enough 'clotting factors'. I'm just trying to understand what exactly these are, like which ones does the liver actually produce? He has some liver issues from before.

Oh god, just thinking about all the complex things the liver does makes me tired! But yeah, the liver makes most of the clotting factors – like fibrinogen, prothrombin, and factors V, VII, IX, X, XI, and XII. My brain feels like it's trying to clot just remembering that. Need more coffee and sleep!

The liver is super important for producing many clotting factors, like Factor I (fibrinogen), Factor II (prothrombin), Factor V, Factor VII, Factor IX, Factor X, and Factor XI, among others. These are vital for stopping bleeding. If you have concerns about your liver or clotting, please get it checked by a doctor right away, don't ignore it.

The liver is a powerhouse organ; it synthesizes almost all the coagulation factors, which are proteins essential for blood clotting. Key ones include Factor I (fibrinogen), Factor II (prothrombin), and Factors V, VII, IX, X, XI, and XIII. Liver dysfunction can severely impair blood clotting. For any medical concerns regarding liver health or clotting, a doctor's consultation is paramount.

The liver is super busy, it makes almost all the stuff your blood needs to clot properly! Things like fibrinogen, prothrombin, and Factors V, VII, IX, X, XI, and XIII. If your liver isn't working well, your blood might not clot right. So, it's really important to keep your liver healthy, ya know?
