Fluctuations often happen if you miss your morning dose or have sudden weight shifts. If your doctor allows, keeping a consistent walking routine helps stabilize your metabolism and body weight.

Sometimes eating soy products or having too much cabbage and cauliflower can interfere with thyroid absorption. Keep an eye on your food habits and take your medicine on an empty stomach.

Even taking your thyroid pill with tea or coffee instead of plain water can cause fluctuations. Make sure you wait at least 30-45 minutes before eating anything after your pill.

Change of weather, stress, or forgetting the medicine for a few days causes this. Don't worry, just keep a daily alarm to take your tablet regularly on time.

I panicked when my TSH jumped from 3 to 7 in a month. It turned out I was just taking a different brand of medicine. It is quite normal to see fluctuations, just consult your doctor to adjust the dose.
