Don't stress too much about this. Even though thyroid issues are less common in men, things like high stress, genetics, or autoimmune reactions can cause it. Just get a simple T3, T4, TSH blood test done and you'll be fine.

I completely understand how worrying it is to see new health symptoms and think the worst. It is very common for men to get diagnosed with thyroid issues due to high work stress. Take a deep breath and get tested.

Haan, we men think thyroid is only for women, but high stress and smoking can trigger it in men too, na. Just go for a basic checkup to be sure.

I always track my energy levels and weight fluctuations. Men often get thyroid issues due to zinc or iodine deficiency, or simple genetic factors. Check your levels and consult an endocrinologist.

Don't buy into those online detox plans that claim to cure thyroid in men. It's usually a medical issue like Graves' disease or thyroiditis. Get your blood report verified by a proper endocrinologist.

Eating soaked coriander seeds water in the morning is good for hormonal health. But if you are losing weight rapidly or feeling very weak, please visit a doctor for proper medicine.

Agreed, autoimmune factors like Hashimoto's can affect men too. A routine blood test is the easiest way to find out.

Yes, men can get thyroid issues too, often due to age or stress! Don't worry, it is very manageable with a daily tablet prescribed by your doc. Stay happy and healthy! 😊
