What causes throbbing head pain?

Been getting these really bad headaches recently, especially in the evenings. It's like a throbbing pain right in my temples. What can cause such a throbbing head pain?

Please be very careful with throbbing pain. I once ignored it thinking it was a simple headache, but it turned out to be severe hypertension that required immediate hospitalization. If it is intense, please consult a physician right away.

My grandmother always suggests applying ginger paste on the forehead for headaches, which can give mild relief. However, for a persistent throbbing sensation, it is usually a migraine or sinus pressure, so consulting a doctor is the safest choice.

Oh no, throbbing headaches are the worst! Just turn off the bright lights, lie down in a quiet room, and don't stress too much, okay? It usually gets better after some deep breathing and a good rest.

Unless your head is throbbing because your boss gave you a mountain of work, it is probably just a dehydration alert! Drink some water, step away from your mobile screen, and take a quick nap.

Often, it is just due to skipped meals, acidity, or lack of proper sleep. Try having a warm cup of tea, resting in a dark room, and applying a cold compress to your neck. If it persists, get your eyes and blood pressure checked.
