What causes sulfur burps vomiting and diarrhea?

I had a really bad day yesterday – felt very gassy, had these weird sulfur burps, then started vomiting and had diarrhea. It came on really fast after eating lunch. What could cause this combination of sulfur burps, vomiting, and diarrhea?

I am having those horrible rotten-egg smelling burps along with loose motions since yesterday and I am honestly so scared. Has anyone else felt this weak with these symptoms? Please tell me if this is a normal stomach infection or if I should run to the hospital.

Bro, this sounds exactly like the food poisoning I got after eating cheap hostel food last semester. The sulfur burps are the absolute worst! Just stick to ORS and coconut water, and if you can't keep any liquids down, go to the clinic before you pass out from weakness.

I just recovered from this exact nightmare last week. My doctor told me it was a giardia or bacterial infection from contaminated water. I had to take a course of antibiotics prescribed by my doctor to make it stop, so please go see a physician instead of waiting it out.

These symptoms show that your digestive system is fighting a severe infection, which can also cause your blood pressure to fluctuate due to dehydration. Please monitor your hydration levels very carefully. It is best to visit a clinic immediately for proper medication and a checkup.

Oh god, that combination is literally the worst, but don't stress too much, buddy. It is usually just a bad stomach bug or some food that didn't suit you at all. Sip on some light electroylte water, rest up, and if it doesn't get better by tomorrow, just consult a doctor.
