Arey, zyada heavy ya fried khana kha lo toh gas ban hi jaati hai na. Even eating too fast or talking while eating makes us swallow air, which causes that chest and stomach pain. Haan, thoda walking kiya karo khane ke baad, instant relief milta hai.

I totally get it, that sharp gas pain can sometimes feel so bad that you think it's a heart issue. It is incredibly uncomfortable but usually just due to indigestion or eating certain foods like cabbage or beans. Try to relax, drink some warm water, and let it pass.

I was literally dealing with terrible upper stomach gas pain last week. I realized it was because I was sitting at my desk all day and drinking too much tea on an empty stomach. I cut down on tea and started taking short walking breaks, and the pain is completely gone now.

I can only share what happens to me, which is that whenever I eat too much dairy or processed food, my stomach swells up with gas. I usually avoid heavy foods and just drink warm fennel water which seems to help me. If it persists, it's best to consult a professional.

My doctor told me that gas pain is often caused by the fermentation of undigested food by bacteria in the large intestine. He also mentioned that food intolerances like lactose or gluten sensitivity can cause excess bloating. He advised maintaining a food diary to track what triggers the gas before taking random medicines.

It can be very uncomfortable when gas gets trapped. Drinking some warm ginger water usually helps soothe the stomach. Hope you feel better soon, please take rest.

Bro, my hostel food is basically a gas factory. Drinking too much carbonated soda or skipping meals during exams absolutely wrecks my stomach. Usually, it's just trapped air, so drinking warm water or moving around a bit helps clear it out.

In my sixty years, I have seen that gas is mostly a result of weak digestion as we age and eating heavy meals late at night. Walking for fifteen minutes after dinner and avoiding raw chana or heavy dals at night works wonders. Don't worry, keep your meals simple and light.
