I can completely understand how terrifying it feels to see 'stage 3' on a medical report. It is very natural to feel anxious, but please know that many people manage this stage for years with proper care. It is usually caused by long-standing diabetes or high BP, so focusing on those helps a lot.

When my mother was diagnosed with stage 3, I panicked and thought of the worst. But the specialist reassured us that with proper blood pressure control and dietary changes, her kidney function has remained stable for five years now. It is manageable, so please don't lose hope.

My grandfather has this. Apparently, years of ignored high blood pressure and diabetes slowly damages the kidney filters over time. It is serious but totally controllable if you follow the doctor's prescription and stop eating too much salty stuff.

I made the mistake of ignoring my high blood sugar for years, thinking nothing would happen, and it led to kidney damage. Don't repeat my mistake. If you suspect kidney issues or have stage 3, go get a proper checkup and follow the doctor's advice strictly.

Oh no, reading about stage 3 kidney issues always makes my heart race. I hope whoever is dealing with this is doing okay. Please make sure they get their eGFR tested regularly and avoid high-potassium foods if the doctor suggests, just to stay safe.

Stage 3 kidney disease means moderate damage, and you must not take it lightly or try any self-treatment. This is usually caused by underlying chronic conditions or kidney infections. Please consult a qualified nephrologist immediately to plan your next steps safely.

My sleep is totally gone worrying about my uncle's reports. Turns out his habit of popping pain relievers like candy for his back pain, plus his silent BP, caused his stage 3 kidney issue. Please tell your family to throw away self-prescribed painkillers!
