What causes severe psoriasis?

My skin condition, psoriasis, has gotten much worse recently, with large, inflamed patches all over. It's really affecting my quality of life. What causes psoriasis to become so severe?

Your immune system is basically throwing an uninvited party on your skin and inviting too many cells. Don't worry, you won't turn into a lizard forever! Just visit a dermatologist and they will give you the right magic lotions to calm it down.

I was actually reading about this yesterday because my cousin has mild patches. Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition where the body produces skin cells way too fast. Severe cases seem to need specialized medical care, so finding a good dermatologist is the best first step.

For severe skin issues, running after expensive miracle oils is a waste of money. The most practical thing is to visit a government hospital skin OPD; they have excellent doctors who can diagnose the exact cause and give affordable tablets and ointments.

Haan na, severe psoriasis is really painful and irritating to deal with. It mostly happens when our own immunity gets confused and attacks healthy skin. Please don't ignore it, a proper checkup with a skin doc is very necessary.

Psoriasis can sometimes affect other organs or lead to joint inflammation if left untreated. For safety, please do not use any over-the-counter steroid creams without a doctor's advice. Get it properly evaluated by a qualified medical professional.

My health tracker showed that poor sleep quality and high stress levels were always preceding my skin flare-ups. Severe psoriasis has genetic and immune causes, but tracking your daily triggers like diet and stress can help you manage it better alongside your dermatologist's treatment.
