Yes, SI joint pain is usually caused by uneven hip alignment or sitting too long. A good physiotherapist can guide you best.

Beta, with age, the lower back and hip joints lose their strength. Gentle heat fomentation with warm water and avoiding sitting on very low chairs will help you. Do some light walks in the morning but do not strain yourself.

Haan na, this lower back hip pain is so annoying! I got it during my postpartum phase because of wrong posture while holding the baby. Try using a small pillow behind your lower back while sitting.

Between my crying baby and my lower back clicking like an old scooter, I get no sleep. This SI joint pain makes even turning in bed an Olympic sport. Honestly, a firm mattress is the only thing keeping me alive right now.

Weak glute muscles often put extra pressure on the sacroiliac joint. If your doctor allows, doing gentle bridges and core strengthening exercises can really help stabilize the area. Walking daily also keeps the joint lubricated.
