What causes right arm pain?

For the past few days, my right arm has been aching, especially from the shoulder down to the elbow. It's not an injury, but it feels like a constant throbbing. I'm worried if it's something serious or just a common strain.

Haan, continuous typing on the computer without a proper wrist rest also causes this pain to travel up the arm na. Try to take small breaks. But if it is starting from the shoulder and going down, then you should ask a doctor.

I got crazy right arm pain last week after doing too many bicep curls at the gym. Honestly, it was just muscle fatigue and a bit of strain. Resting it and using an ice pack for two days sorted it out completely.

Oh god, I always panic when I get any arm pain and start searching online. Mostly it is just due to a wrong sleeping posture or carrying heavy bags. Just try to stay calm, don't lift anything heavy today, and if you feel uneasy, just visit a clinic for peace of mind.

My son had severe pain in his right arm after playing badminton for three hours straight. We made him rest, applied a cold compress, and did some very gentle stretching. Please check if there is any swelling, and see a doctor if the pain doesn't go down.

Right arm pain can come from a simple muscle strain, cervical neck issues, or even nerve compression. Check if there is any numbness or tingling in your fingers. If that's the case, or if the pain is sudden and severe, get it evaluated by a doctor soon.
