What causes pain under left rib cage?

There's this new, persistent ache under my left rib cage that's been bothering me. It's not very strong, but it's constantly there, especially after I eat a heavy meal. Could it be acidity or something more serious?

Oh dear, left rib pain always makes me overthink so much because I start worrying about my spleen or my heart. I hope you are not stressing yourself out too much. Please see a doctor soon just to get that reassurance so you can sleep peacefully.

I usually drink a glass of warm water with a pinch of hing for rib-area gas, and it works wonders. However, if the pain is constant, sharp, or makes it hard to breathe, please don't wait for home remedies to work and go to the hospital immediately.

Please try to stay positive and not let fear take over your mind. Our bodies often reflect the stress we carry, causing tightness under the ribs. Drink some warm water, rest, and consult a doctor to ensure your physical well-being is taken care of.

Between my baby crying all night and this weird pain under my left rib, I am running on pure caffeine. It's probably just trapped gas because I literally eat my lunch in two minutes flat, but a good night's sleep would definitely solve most of my worries.

Hey, don't worry too much. Most of the time, this is just a muscle pull from a weird sleeping position or simple gastritis. Eat light food today and see how it feels, but if it doesn't get better by tomorrow, we will go get it checked by a doctor, okay?

Hi! Don't stress too much, it is usually just a tiny gas bubble playing tricks on you. Drink lots of water and try to relax with some light music. But yes, if it keeps hurting, do visit a doc just to be super safe! Take care!
