What causes pain in the lower abdomen and back?

I'm having a lot of pain in my lower abdomen and also in my lower back, especially during my periods. My doctor said it's common, but I want to understand what exactly causes this kind of combined pain.

In my experience, lower back and abdomen discomfort often points to kidney stones or a simple muscle strain. However, at our age, we must never ignore these symptoms. Please get a proper medical checkup to find the real cause.

Managing thyroid issues has taught me that hormonal imbalances can trigger unexpected pelvic and back pain. Since lower abdominal and back pain can be linked to kidney or reproductive health, please schedule a doctor's visit and get your routine tests done.

When I experienced pain radiating from my lower back to my abdomen, it turned out to be a small kidney stone. I had to undergo scans and drink plenty of fluids under medical supervision. Please consult a doctor to get an accurate diagnosis for your symptoms.

I sit for 10 hours a day and got severe lower back and abdominal aches, which was actually a kidney infection. Don't waste time trying to guess the cause online. Book a quick online consultation or visit a doctor this weekend to get a urine test.

Simultaneous lower abdominal and back pain can indicate urinary tract infections, kidney stones, or pelvic inflammatory issues. Given the range of possibilities, self-medicating is not a good idea. A professional clinical examination is the safest way forward.

I have been feeling a dull ache in my lower stomach and back since yesterday. I am a bit scared to go to the clinic alone. Does this kind of pain usually require heavy medication, or is it simple to treat?

I often get this combined pain right before my periods start, and a hot water bag really helps. But if your pain is sharp, constant, or you have a fever, please don't wait. Go see a gynecologist or a general doctor to rule out any infections.

This kind of pain often requires an ultrasound or urine test, which can cost around 1000 to 2000 rupees in private labs. I suggest visiting a government hospital or a trust clinic where these tests are very affordable. Do not ignore it to save money, get checked.

At my age, keeping an eye on blood pressure and general health is a priority. Back and abdominal discomfort can sometimes be linked to vascular issues or kidney stress. Please prioritize your health and get a thorough checkup from a physician.

I know how scary it is when both your back and stomach hurt, you start imagining the worst diseases. Please take a deep breath; most of the time it is manageable like gas or a mild infection. Just go to a clinic to get checked so you can stop worrying.

A weak core and tight hip flexors from sitting all day can cause compensatory lower back and abdominal strain. Staying active and hydrated helps, but if the pain feels internal rather than muscular, you need to see a doctor immediately.

My back and stomach decided to have a joint rebellion last month, and I thought my organs were packing up! Turned out I just needed to drink more water and stop sitting like a human pretzel. Jokes apart, do see a doctor if the pain is stubborn!
