When I had persistent pain in the ball of my foot, I visited a specialist at a reputed hospital. They did a physical exam and explained how pressure distribution affects the nerves there. I highly recommend visiting a good doctor to get a clear diagnosis and advice.

My elders always recommend soaking the feet in warm water with rock salt to reduce swelling and pain. But when my sister had severe pain in the ball of her foot, the doctor diagnosed it as metatarsalgia due to bad footwear. It is always best to consult an orthopedic specialist.

According to my fitness tracker data, my foot pain started when I increased my daily step count too quickly. The impact on the ball of the foot can cause inflammation if your shoes don't have good shock absorption. Try tracking your gait and consult a physiotherapist if it persists.

I had terrible pain in the ball of my foot last year, which turned out to be from wearing flat sandals without any cushioning on hard metro floors. Switching to orthopedic insoles made a world of difference for me. You might want to look into your footwear.

Hey there! Pain in the ball of your foot is usually just metatarsalgia, which sounds scary but is often just from walking a lot or wearing tight shoes! Try wearing soft, cushioned sneakers and give your feet a rest today. 🌸

Beta, walking barefoot on cold marble floors can sometimes aggravate foot nerves. It is good to wear soft indoor slippers and rest your feet. However, if there is persistent swelling or sharp pain, you must visit a doctor to ensure it is not a joint issue.
