What causes pain in feet?

My feet have been hurting a lot lately, especially the soles and heels, after standing for even a short time. I wear comfortable shoes, but the pain persists. What usually causes pain in the feet?

Apne pairon ko thode garam pani mein namak dalkar rakhiye, isse thakan bilkul dur ho jati hai. Humare yahan toh sab yahi karte hain jab dinbhar khade rehne se dard hota hai. Agar dard purana hai aur roz hota hai, toh ek baar bade doctor ko jaroor dikha lein.

Poor foot arch support or tight calf muscles are very common reasons for foot pain during walks or runs. Gentle calf stretches and rolling a tennis ball under your foot can give great relief. Just make sure to get a green light from your doctor before doing any heavy foot exercises.

Hey, don't stress too much about it! It could just be lack of rest or a minor sprain from walking on uneven roads. Put some ice on it, relax on the sofa today, and if it still hurts by Monday, we can check in with a doctor.

Hey there! Foot pain can be super annoying but it is usually just tight muscles or plantar fasciitis from running around all day. Try some soft footwear and give your feet a nice massage tonight. Hope you feel better soon! 🌸

Unless you walked from Mumbai to Delhi overnight, your feet shouldn't hurt this much! Jokes aside, check your shoes first because bad footwear is usually the silent culprit behind foot pain. If changing shoes doesn't fix it, then maybe let a doctor inspect the damage.

I sometimes get fluid retention and swelling in my feet, which causes a dull ache, especially around my periods due to hormonal imbalances. It might not be the same for you, so it is best to consult a doctor. Staying hydrated and keeping feet elevated helps me a bit.
