What causes pain in balls?

Lately, I've been feeling a dull ache in my testicles, sometimes sharp. It's not constant but it's concerning me. Is this something I should be worried about?

Bro, please do not ignore this at all. I had mild pain once and thought it would go away, but it got so bad I had to run to the emergency hospital. It could be an infection or something like varicocele. Go to a urologist right now, don't wait.

Actually, I was just reading up on this because a friend of mine had a similar issue. From what I found, even wearing very tight jeans or underwear can cause temporary ache, but persistent pain is usually an infection. Keep an eye on it and definitely ask a specialist if it stays.

No one on the internet can tell you why you have testicular pain without an ultrasound. It is a very sensitive area and could be anything from a minor muscle pull to an infection. Skip the online forums and book a doctor appointment today itself.

Hey man, take a deep breath! It is super common to worry, but often it is just a minor strain from lifting heavy or a small infection that clears up with meds. Just get it checked by a urologist so you can relax completely! 👍

My uncle used to say that sitting in hot climates for long hours without proper aeration can cause mild soreness. But for any persistent testicular pain, a proper clinical examination by a specialist is absolutely necessary. Please get an appointment soon.

Beta, in my younger days, many of my friends faced this due to lifting heavy weights at work or gym without support. Usually, it is nothing major, but you should never take chances with such delicate parts. Visit a general surgeon or urologist and get their opinion.

Haan na, such things can make anyone really anxious. Sometimes even gas or lower back issues can cause pain there, it is connected. But safety first, better to talk to a urologist and get an ultrasound done to be sure, don't take stress.
