What causes pain below left rib cage?

I've had this weird pain below my left rib cage on and off for a few weeks now. It's not very intense but it's annoying, especially after eating. Any idea what might be going on?

I am not a doctor, but I sometimes get weird abdominal pains due to digestion issues linked to my hormonal imbalances. It is best to have a physician check it to make sure it is not related to your spleen or stomach lining.

Pain below the left rib cage is very often just trapped gas or splenic flexure syndrome. Just check if the pain increases when you take a deep breath or touch the area, as that can help a doctor rule out muscle strain.

With our busy lifestyles and junk food habits, this pain is often due to acidity or a mild muscle strain from bad posture. Save your time and get a quick online consultation with a physician to get the right antacid or advice.

I panicked so much when I had a sharp pain under my left ribs last month, thinking it was a heart issue. It turned out to be just severe gas from eating too fast, so try to relax and see if it passes.

Beta, sometimes severe gastric wind can get stuck under the ribs and cause a sharp pinching pain. Try drinking warm fennel (saunf) water and walking slowly, but if the pain is very severe, go to a clinic immediately.
