What causes lower left abdomen pain in males?

I have this nagging pain in my lower left abdomen, and it sometimes feels like a dull ache. My father said it might be indigestion but it's not going away. What could be causing lower left abdomen pain in men?

Beta, don't worry too much initially. Most times it's simple things like gas or a bit of constipation. I've had it many times myself. Try drinking plenty of water and eating light food. If it keeps coming back or gets very sharp, then of course, you must show it to a doctor. Take care.

Ho na, lower left side pain in men can be many things. Kabhi gas hoti hai, kabhi constipation. But sometimes appendicitis or kidney stones bhi ho sakte hain. So if it's very painful or doesn't go away, doctor ko dikha dena. Hain na?

Honestly, with any new or persistent pain in the abdomen, it's always safest to get it checked by a doctor. It could be something minor like gas or muscle strain, but it could also be more serious. Don't take chances with your health. A proper diagnosis is crucial.

Abdominal pain can be a tricky thing. With my BP, I've learned that stress and unhealthy lifestyle can affect our bodies in unexpected ways, even causing digestive issues. While it could be gas, don't rule out other things. Best to get a check-up to understand the real cause and adjust lifestyle if needed.

Feeling pain in a new spot can be really scary and make you anxious, I completely understand that feeling. Don't let your mind race with all the worst possibilities. The most important thing is to calm down and then get it properly investigated by a doctor. Take it one step at a time.
