What causes lower back pain in females remedy?

I've been experiencing a lot of lower back pain lately, and it's making daily tasks quite difficult. Are there any common reasons why women get this pain and what can I do to relieve it at home? My mother-in-law keeps giving me home remedies but I want to know more.

For lower back pain in females, there are so many causes from menstrual cramps to muscle strain, or even more serious issues like a UTI or disc problem. Before trying any remedies, it's really important to get it checked by a doctor to find out the exact cause. What works for one cause won't for another, and sometimes you need proper medical intervention.

Oh, that annoying lower back pain! Sometimes for me, it feels worse after I've indulged in too many spicy snacks, making me bloated. But when it's period-related, a hot water bag and some comforting chocolate is my go-to remedy. If it's not food or period, then definitely ask a doc. No point suffering!

Namaste. Lower back pain is something many women experience. My mother used to say warm oil massage with sesame oil helps, and to avoid lifting heavy items. But often for us, it is connected to our monthly cycle or after child birth. For persistent pain, it is always better to consult a gynaecologist. They can recommend the right exercises or medication if needed, and that is best.

I totally get it, lower back pain can be so debilitating for us women! Often it's period cramps, or maybe a strain from lifting something. For simple pain, I find a warm compress or gentle stretches help a lot. Also, ensuring you have good back support while sitting or sleeping can make a huge difference. But if it's severe or ongoing, a doctor's visit is a must.

Beti, this back pain is very common for women, especially as we get older or after having children. For mild pain, a hot water bag and some gentle massage with oil always helped me. And don't sit in a bad posture for too long. If the pain is very much or comes often, then you must show it to a good lady doctor, don't worry, they will help you.
