What causes high liver enzyme count?

During my routine blood work, the report showed my liver enzyme count was a bit elevated. The doctor asked me to follow up, but I'm curious what common things cause this. I don't drink alcohol much, so that can't be it.

Please, if you have a high liver enzyme count, don't ignore it like I once did with my digestion issues. It could be due to fatty liver, which is becoming very common, or even some medications, or too much alcohol. Viral infections like hepatitis can also cause it. See a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment immediately, don't take chances.

High liver enzymes, haan? My liver probably just got tired of processing all my stress and occasional chai. But seriously, it could be anything from fatty liver, a bit too much 'medicinal' alcohol, or even just some regular medicines messing with it. Best to let a proper doctor figure it out, my liver isn't talking to me much these days.

So, high liver enzymes, common things that cause it are fatty liver, which is super prevalent now due to lifestyle. Then, alcohol intake, certain medications like pain killers or antibiotics can also temporarily raise levels. Sometimes it's a viral infection like hepatitis. Just get a liver function test and consult a doctor, they'll guide you best.

Beta, agar liver ke enzymes badhe hue hain, toh kuch dikkat ho sakti hai. Kabhi-kabhi fatty liver ki wajah se hota hai, ya agar koi dawai kha rahe ho. Darne ki baat nahi, bas doctor ko dikha do. Woh bata denge sahi ilaaj kya hai, ghabraana mat.

High liver enzymes often link back to lifestyle. Fatty liver is a common cause, and that's usually from diet and lack of movement. If the doctor says it's not something serious requiring bed rest, incorporating brisk walks or light exercises can be really beneficial. Also, cutting down on processed foods and sugar helps a lot.

Listen, high liver enzyme count is a signal, not a diagnosis. It could be fatty liver, medication side effects, alcohol, or even a hidden infection. Don't waste time on Google, just go see a doctor. They'll do the necessary tests and tell you exactly what's going on and what to do.
