What causes full body pain?

For the past few weeks, I've been experiencing a general ache all over my body, feeling very tired too. It's not like muscle soreness from exercise. What could be causing this full body pain?

I literally had severe body aches last week and it turned out to be Vitamin D and B12 deficiency combined with a mild viral bug. Once my doc started me on supplements, the pain vanished. Please get your vitamin levels checked.

Poore badan mein dard hona bohot annoying hai, haan na. Sometimes it is just a coming viral fever or too much physical work. Rest lijiye thoda aur garam haldi doodh peekar dekhiye, body ko bohot relief milega.

In our younger days, we used to massage the body with warm mustard oil to relieve fatigue. Often, body pain is just lack of rest or dehydration. Take a warm water bath and sleep early tonight, but do see a doctor if you get a high fever.

Before spending thousands on random massages or therapies, just check if you are drinking enough water and sleeping 7 hours. Most of our body pain is due to sitting on bad plastic chairs or dehydration. A simple hot water bag can solve minor muscle stiffness.

I feel you, sometimes just a stressful week at work makes my whole body ache like I ran a marathon. Make sure you are stretching a bit and drinking warm fluids. Don't push yourself too hard today, just rest up.

A warm cup of ginger tea can sometimes help reduce general body inflammation. However, if this full body pain comes with extreme fatigue, joint swelling, or breathing difficulty, please do not rely on home remedies. Visit a physician immediately.
