What causes frequent vomiting?

My little niece has been vomiting a lot for the past day or so, and it's really worrying her parents. We're trying to figure out what could be causing such frequent vomiting in a child.

Frequent vomiting is not something to ignore or self-treat at home. I always visit a proper hospital and get basic blood and stomach scans done when things get this bad. Ask your doctor clearly if it is related to a gastric issue or some infection.

Vomiting se toh puri body hi week ho jati hai, haan na. It could be severe acidity, food poisoning, or some stomach infection. Please dry ginger water or sips of limbu sharbat for now, but if it doesn't stop, go to a clinic.

Man, frequent vomiting sounds like my typical Sunday mornings after a bad acidity attack, or just my toddler bringing home some preschool bug. Honestly, it drains the life out of you. Get some electrolyte water in you before you pass out from lack of sleep.

I have tried ginger juice, mint leaves, and fennel seeds for nausea, and they do give temporary relief. But if you are throwing up constantly, your body will lose all its salts. Please take ORS solution and don't delay seeing a doctor if you can't keep liquids down.

My mother always tells me to drink boiled cumin water to settle a vomiting sensation. It works for mild indigestion, but for frequent vomiting, we must trust proper medical advice. Please visit a local clinic to check if it is some viral stomach flu.

Our body sometimes tries to clear out toxins when things are not right inside. Keep your mind calm, drink simple warm water, and pray for your quick recovery. Take rest and let your digestive system heal naturally with light food.

If you are working and throwing up frequently, dehydration will ruin your productivity in a day. Skip the heavy meals, order some ORS from an app, and book an online doctor consultation immediately. Don't drag yourself to office with a weak stomach.

I had this phase where I would vomit every single morning and I was convinced it was some major stomach issue. Turned out it was just severe acid reflux triggered by stress and late-night dinners. Once I fixed my sleep, it completely stopped.

Constant vomiting can happen when the gut's natural rhythm is deeply disturbed. Once you feel a bit better, try practicing very gentle deep breathing or Shavasana to calm your nervous system. A relaxed gut digests food much better.

Sometimes extreme hormonal imbalances, like severe thyroid fluctuations, can mess up your digestion and cause nausea. If this is a regular thing, please ask your doctor to write down a complete thyroid panel and routine stomach tests. Regular follow-up helps catch these things early.
