Nerve pain in the feet can be triggered by many things, from vitamin B12 deficiencies to early diabetes or even a pinched nerve in the back. Because the nervous system is so delicate, you should definitely get a doctor to check this properly. Please do not delay or try to ignore it, getting a proper diagnosis is the safest first step.

I totally get it, nerve pain in the feet is absolutely exhausting and makes even basic standing around so painful. It really drains your energy when your feet are constantly tingling or burning. I hope you find some relief soon, please take rest and see a specialist who can help you pinpoint the exact reason.

Beta, in our days, we used to soak our tired feet in warm water with a little rock salt to soothe the nerves after a long day. You can also try a very gentle warm oil massage on your soles before sleeping. But if the pain persists or feels like electric shocks, please consult a good doctor to check your sugar and vitamin levels.

I have been feeling this weird burning and tingling in my soles lately and it is making me so worried. Does anyone else get this worse at night when trying to sleep? I am scared it might be some major nerve damage, please tell me if this happened to you and what your doctor said.

Hey, don't stress too much about it, buddy! Sometimes it is just a simple vitamin deficiency or tight shoes irritating a nerve after a long day. Just get a quick blood test done to check your levels and talk to a doc. You will be absolutely fine, just take it easy for a few days.
