What causes fatty liver?
My doctor told me recently that I have fatty liver. I was surprised because I don't drink alcohol much. What exactly causes fatty liver, and should I be very concerned?

Fatty liver, especially non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), is very common now. It's mostly caused by poor lifestyle choices: eating too much processed food, sugary drinks, refined carbs, and not getting enough exercise. Obesity, diabetes, and high cholesterol are also big risk factors. The best practical advice is to improve your diet and increase physical activity, and get regular check-ups.
Haan, fatty liver ka problem bahut badh gaya hai aajkal. Na sirf alcohol se, jo humare idhar bahut common hai. But ab non-alcoholic fatty liver bhi bahut logon ko hai. Uska main reason wahi hai – extra junk food, sugary drinks, kam exercise. Toh, if you wanna fix it, cut down on the outside ka khaana and start moving. Simple!
Fatty liver is quite common these days! 😟 It's usually caused by too much junk food, sugary drinks, and not enough exercise – basically, our modern lifestyle! Alcohol is a big culprit too, but there's a non-alcoholic type as well. So, let's all try to eat better and move more! 💪 Your liver will thank you! 😊
I've been hearing a lot about fatty liver lately, it seems to be quite prevalent. From what I've researched, the non-alcoholic type is often linked to obesity, type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, and high cholesterol. Basically, it's a lifestyle disease caused by too much unhealthy food and not enough activity. Alcohol, of course, is another big cause.
Fatty liver? Ah, another gift from our delicious but unhealthy lifestyle! It's like your liver decided to save some fat for a rainy day, but that rainy day never comes and the fat just keeps piling up. Mostly it's from too much sugar, oily food, and, of course, the occasional indulgence in adult beverages. Getting old is just a list of organs saying 'I quit!' if you don't take care of them. Get it checked!
Mostly diet and lack of exercise. Essential to get it checked by a doctor.
