What causes elbow pain?

For the past few weeks, my right elbow has been really hurting, especially when I try to lift things or rotate my arm. My physiotherapist said it's probably inflammation. What are the common causes of elbow pain?

Mere saath bhi hua tha ye! I had elbow pain for weeks and thought it was something serious, got all panicked. Turns out, I was just lifting some heavy things wrong at home. Just rest it for a bit, it might just be a strain.

Hey there! Elbow pain can be from so many things, honestly. Sometimes just overdoing it with household chores or even using your phone too much can cause it. Don't stress too much yet, maybe try some rest? 🤗

Oh, elbow pain? I get really worried about things like that. Could it be tendinitis, or maybe something with a nerve? I always think the worst, but it's probably something minor. Have you tried seeing a doctor just to be sure?

Could be a classic case of 'tennis elbow' or 'golfer's elbow' depending on what movements u do often. Form is key in any activity, even daily ones. Make sure you're not over-exerting or using wrong technique, even lifting simple things. Proper warm-up helps prevent this.

Elbow pain can be tricky! I usually focus on general fitness, like daily walks and light stretching, to keep joints healthy. But if it's severe or persistent, it's always best to get a doctor's opinion before doing any specific exercises, just in case.

I totally get that feeling when something aches and your mind goes into overdrive. Elbow pain can be quite discomforting. It's perfectly normal to worry a bit, but often it's just muscle strain from repetitive actions. See a doc if it doesn't get better soon.
