Diabetic ulcers are primarily caused by poor blood sugar control leading to nerve damage (neuropathy) and poor circulation. This means you might not feel cuts or blisters, and reduced blood flow makes healing difficult. It's a serious complication that needs immediate medical attention.

I track my glucose levels with an app, and my doctor explained that consistently high blood sugar is the main culprit for ulcers. It damages nerves and blood flow. Keeping an eye on your readings and regular foot checks, maybe even using a smart sock, can help identify problems early.

My doctor explained that diabetic ulcers develop from a combination of factors due to uncontrolled diabetes. High blood sugar causes nerve damage (neuropathy), reducing sensation, so injuries go unnoticed. It also impairs circulation, preventing wounds from healing. Pressure on the foot can also exacerbate it.

Diabetic ulcers usually come from uncontrolled sugar that damages nerves and makes blood circulation poor, especially in the feet. I believe in natural methods for overall health, but for ulcers, you absolutely must see a doctor. This is not something to try home remedies alone for, it can get very serious.

I've seen the complications of diabetic ulcers firsthand with a family member, and it was very tough. They start often because of a small cut or blister that goes unnoticed due to nerve damage, and then doesn't heal because of poor blood flow. If you have diabetes, check your feet daily and see a doctor for even the smallest wound, please.

It's so heartbreaking and frustrating to deal with diabetic ulcers, and the emotional toll is immense. They are caused by long-term high blood sugar that damages nerves, so you don't feel injuries, and blood vessels, so healing is poor. It's a constant battle, but remember to be kind to yourself and get the best medical help.

Dekho bhai, diabetic ulcers seedha-seedha high blood sugar ka natija hain. Jab sugar control mein nahi rehti na, toh nerves kharab ho jaate hain aur khoon ka daura bhi theek nahi rehta. Isliye chot lagti hai toh pata nahi chalta aur theek bhi nahi hoti jaldi. Pairon ka bahut dhyaan rakhna padta hai.
