What causes decreased liver function?

My father's reports showed that his liver function has decreased significantly. The doctor said we need to be careful. What are the common reasons for decreased liver function in general?

My doctor always stresses on lifestyle choices affecting everything, not just BP. Alcohol, unhealthy diet, less exercise can really stress the liver. Regular checkups are a must to catch anything early.

Oh no, liver issues sound scary! I sometimes feel a bit tired and get mild indigestion. Does anyone else get those symptoms? Could it be related, or am I overthinking it?

Haan, yaar, liver ka toh bahut saare reasons hote hain kharab hone ke. Alcohol, fatty foods, medicines bhi affect karti hain sometimes. Aur haan, hepatitis bhi hota hai na. Best hai doctor se discuss karo, woh hi sahi bata payenge.

Decreased liver function? Probably all the biryani and late-night snacks I've been having! My liver must be on strike. Jokes aside, bad diet and stress can definitely mess things up. It's tough to keep everything in balance these days.

Please don't ignore any small signs. I once brushed off my fatigue and nausea, thinking it was just exhaustion. Later found out it was something serious. Always get a proper checkup if you feel something is off, don't make my mistake.

Bete, liver ka khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Hamare ghar mein toh kahte hain garam-thanda pani se bachna, aur halka khana khana. Magar agar zyada takleef ho, toh doctor ko zaroor dikhana chahiye. Home remedies apni jagah, par health pe compromise nahi.
