It is because of the herpes simplex virus, ho na. Once it enters the system it just stays inside and flares up whenever we are stressed or tired. Mere saath bhi hota hai when I don't sleep well.

Oh, those painful little bumps are usually triggered by stress, sun exposure, or even a simple cold! Just keep yourself hydrated and avoid touching them ☀️ Ice packs can really help soothe the burning feeling!

I know how awful it feels when these suddenly pop up on your lip, and it used to make me super self-conscious to even step out. Please don't worry too much, it is extremely common and absolutely not your fault. It usually goes away on its own in a week or two.

These usually come up when your immunity is down or stomach is upset. What really works is keeping the area clean and applying a basic over-the-counter antiviral cream as soon as you feel that tingling sensation. Avoid sharing towels at home during this time.

Haan, skin sensitive ho toh dry weather ya dhoop se bhi ho jata hai. Tension mat lo, just drink lots of water and apply ice. Doctor ko dikha ke ek achhi tube le lo na, do din me thik ho jayega.

I have dealt with these blister outbreaks for years and tried everything from neem paste to turmeric. Honestly, while turmeric helps soothe the inflammation a bit, you need a proper ointment from a doctor to make them dry up fast. Don't try to pop them or they will spread.
