What causes breast cancer?

My aunt recently had a scare with a breast lump, thankfully it was benign. But it made me think about breast cancer, which is so common. What are the main causes or risk factors for breast cancer?

I know how terrifying it is to find any small lump and immediately worry about breast cancer. It is mostly caused by complex factors like genetics, age, and hormonal changes, not minor everyday things. Please ease your mind by scheduling a quick ultrasound or mammogram with a doctor.

Breast cancer is caused by genetic changes in breast tissue cells, though early detection makes a massive difference! Keeping active and getting regular screening mammograms are great steps to stay on top of your health. Stay happy and take care of your body.

Hormonal imbalances and genetic factors are primary contributors to cellular changes in breast tissue. While daily pranayama can help manage stress and support overall wellness, medical diagnostics are essential. Please consult a specialist if you have any specific concerns.

My mother was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years ago, and we learned it was linked to her family history of BRCA gene mutations. Regular monthly self-exams and annual mammograms were what helped us detect it early. I always encourage everyone to go for routine checkups.

While genetic mutations are the core cause of breast cancer, keeping body fat in check and avoiding alcohol can help reduce overall risk factors. Maintaining an active lifestyle is great for metabolic health, but routine medical screenings remain essential for early detection.
