What causes backbone pain in females?

I've been experiencing a sharp pain along my backbone, and it's making it hard to sleep. My friend said it could be related to posture, but I'm not sure. What causes backbone pain specifically in females?

Honestly, don't stress too much about it, yaa. Most of the time it is just our horrible posture from sitting all day or lifting something heavy. Just try to stretch a bit and take some rest, it usually gets better.

It is usually lack of core strength combined with sitting for 9 hours straight at a desk. Sometimes vitamin D3 and B12 deficiencies are the main culprits in India. Get a blood test done first instead of guessing.

In our days, we used to apply warm sesame oil mixed with a little camphor on the back. Often, it is just general weakness or lack of calcium after a certain age. Try gentle hot fermentation, but do not push yourself if the pain is severe.

Welcome to the club! Once you cross 40, just sneezing can trigger backbone pain. On a serious note, it is usually just our bones complaining about years of zero exercise and soft mattresses.

Don't blindly start doing random yoga poses or drinking herbal decoctions you read about online. Back pain can range from simple posture issues to nerve compression. Get a proper clinical diagnosis from a real doctor first.

I used to get bad lower back pain until my health app pointed out my steps were too low and my posture was uneven. Strengthening your glutes and core through daily movement really helps. Track your daily active minutes, it makes a big difference.

Haan na, back pain has become so common these days for us. Sitting in one place for office work causes so much stiffness. Thoda heating pad lagao and stretch regularly, you will feel better.

A warm turmeric milk at night and mild heating pad therapy works wonders for everyday back stiffness. But if you have any numbness in your legs or the pain is shooting down, please go to a clinic immediately. Natural remedies are only for simple muscle tiredness.

Please be very careful and do not ignore this. I thought mine was just normal muscle strain, but it turned out to be a disc bulge that got worse because I delayed treatment. Go see an orthopaedic doctor before doing any self-treatment.
