What causes back pain in the middle of the back?

Lately, I've been feeling a strange pain right in the middle of my back, between my shoulder blades. It's not my lower back. What could cause back pain in the middle of the back like this?

Hey, don't stress too much about it! Middle back pain is super common when we sit with bad posture or carry a heavy backpack on one shoulder. Just try some gentle chest-opening stretches and see a doctor if it doesn't get better in a few days.

Honestly, middle back pain is usually from slouching over our laptops or phones all day during study sessions. It strains the thoracic spine muscles quite bad. Try to sit up straight and take regular breaks to stretch your upper body.

I ignored a persistent ache in the middle of my back, blaming it on my office chair, but it turned out to be a rib joint inflammation. Please don't wait for the pain to become unbearable before seeking help. Go get a proper medical checkup done as soon as possible.

I totally relate to this; I used to get this sharp ache right between my shoulder blades after sitting for long hours. It is usually muscle fatigue or poor ergonomics at your study desk. Using a small lumbar roll behind your back can make a world of difference.

Middle back pain can sometimes be linked to issues with your thoracic spine or even stomach acidity and gallbladder problems. It is always best to be cautious and get a professional opinion. Please visit a general physician to rule out any internal health concerns safely.

Haan, middle back pain tabhi hota hai jab hum continuously jhuk kar laptop pe kaam karte hain, na. Humare back muscles strain ho jaate hain bad posture ki wajah se. Apni desk height thodi adjust karo aur halki stretching start karo, aaram milega.
